SHOW POLICIES

Solicitation of business on the premises by anyone other than official exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Any such occurrences should be promptly reported to PGA Golf Exhibitions Show Management.

No personal cameras or videotaping equipment of any kind are allowed on the Show floor. Unauthorized cameras will be confiscated. Only badged media are allowed to take pictures on the Show Floor.

An adult must accompany all minors at all times. Childcare is not provided on-site. Children over 12 must be badged.

Admission is for PGA Members, their families and guests and those in the golf industry (including: Apparel buyers and providers of services related to Golf). THE SHOW IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Admission to the exhibits, conferences and special events will be by badge only, which may be obtained in the registration area. Non-exhibiting manufacturers/suppliers admission fee is $500. No on-site fees apply to PGA Members, PGA Buyers and Family or Golf Industry Professionals and Buyers.

All cancellation requests are subject to review and will not be processed until (2) weeks after the Show ends.

• Supplier Fees are non-refundable
• Attendee Fees are non-refundable

Cancellations must be in writing and all badges/confirmations must be returned before a refund can be processed. Cancellations will be assessed a cancellation fee.

Conferees assume all risks incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property, and release management, its employees and agents against any claims.

PGA Golf Exhibitions, The PGA of America and the Association of Golf Merchandisers collaborate on a comprehensive education program, offering the flexibility to build a schedule that meets each individual’s needs. PGA Professionals may earn up to 20 MSR Credits for their participation in the PGA Fashion & Demo Experience events and education programs.
