Do you create golf and golf lifestyle content for your followers? Do they enjoy exclusive access to the latest in golf? Active golf content creators with an engaged audience on a recognized social media platform may qualify for our complimentary Influencer badge. To be eligible, creators must plan to produce content and promote their participation at the event.
Media/Influencer Applications
Who Qualifies:
- Social media influencers with a combined following of 100,000 or more across Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube.
- If your follower count is below 100,000 but your content aligns with our values, we still encourage you to apply! We appreciate creators of all sizes and enjoy supporting their growth. Approval for influencers with smaller followings will depend on the quality of their content and the volume of applications received.
- Applicants must have previous posts focused on golf and golf lifestyle content. Meme accounts or accounts primarily reposting content from other creators are not eligible to apply.
Guidelines:
Influencer badges are extended as a courtesy of PGA Golf Exhibitions, granting access to exhibits and special events at the business-to-business PGA Buying Summit with priority given to golf industry professionals. Approved influencers must use their participation to create and share content from the Summit, with a clear designation that the event is not open to the public. We don’t want to disappoint your followers who are not qualified and try to attend.
Influencers should avoid interfering with business activities and are encouraged to use #PGASummitFrisco and tag @PGAShow on “X” & Facebook, and @PGAGolfShows on Instagram for potential amplification.
Each badge is issued individually, requiring every team member (e.g., photographer, videographer, editor) to apply separately. Badges are non-transferable, cannot be sold or distributed, and are subject to availability. They are strictly not issued to children, family members, or guests. The event reserves the right to limit the number of badges provided to any organization. Violation of these terms results in disqualification from future events.
Application Process & Deadlines:
- We strongly encourage you to submit your applications early. Registration will close July 25 or earlier if capacity is reached. No onsite influencer registration is available.
- Applying does not guarantee approval. You will be notified within 10 business days of submitting your application as to whether you have been approved or denied. All Decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
- Approved applicants will receive a QR code via email to pick up their badge at the event entrance.
